Howell: Cotton market finishes on strong gains for November

December traded as wide as a 245-point premium over March and still couldn’t attract deliveries, inspiring buying in March. Certified stocks have remained at 47,951 bales since Nov. 17. The bulk is believed owned by Allenberg Cotton Co. Cash online sales declined to 81,009 bales from 88,931 bales.
